Who's ready to showcase your unique products to an audience of nearly 400 attendees? Don't miss out on this opportunity to showcase your products at the 21st Biennial International Perinatal Bereavement Conference in St. Louis on October 24 - 26, 2018. This biennial conference brings together leading experts, professionals and parent advocates to engage in educational and networking opportunities for those who support bereaved families affected by pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and newborn death.
This two-day (optional third day) exhibition will run in conjunction with the conference and will be prominently displayed in a highly visible area at this historic hotel in downtown St. Louis.
Exhibition pricing is $325 for the first exhibit space, and $100 for additional space. Corner booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $400 for the first exhibit space.
The exhibit space includes:
• One 6’ x 30” exhibit table (Includes cloth, skirt, and two chairs) OR you can provide your own display
• (3) exhibitor passes per booth. These passes enable personnel to work at the exhibitor table, but does not permit access to the conference sessions.
• Prime exhibition times are during the morning and afternoon breaks as well as following the lunches.
• Example: If you have (2) rolling round tables, you will need to purchase the (1) exhibit space, and the additional space option
